Lotus Notes - Table is Malformed

We had a user experience this error, "IBM Lotus Notes - Table is Malformed" when opening a new email message and when trying to get into his "More - Preferences". After clicking Ok, another error would popup, which was "$EXECUTE$+19: Notes Error - Table is malformed". Again, after clicking Ok on that, the new email message would open and he was able to compose it and send. Fixup, compact, and updall didn't help. I ended up deleting the user's calendar profile, with all user clients closed, and this seemed to do the trick for him. This was on 8.5.2 FP2.
